A safe workplace is the top priority
In our business, we have zero tolerance for accidents. To achieve this, both training efforts and improved routines are required that are constantly followed up, questioned and discussed. By increasing the proportion of incidents that are reported, potential risks can be identified and eliminated.
New elements and routines are always tested and evaluated carefully before they are implemented in our business. Everyone at Gestamp HardTech is united and determined that we want a safe and secure workplace.
Our quality work
Quality work is constantly evolving. We have been quality certified since 1997 in accordance with IATF 16949:2016, which is the automotive industry’s requirement for management systems. We have systems for processes and routines in working methods and methods. We follow up and address deviations. Continuous improvements are a key word and we work actively to develop and involve everyone in our quality work.
Our environmental work
With our automotive products and our research, we contribute to reducing the burden on the environment. Gestamp HardTech is environmentally certified in accordance with ISO 14001 and works actively and long-term to contribute to a sustainable society. When the business is developed, consideration of environmental impact is always an important parameter. Our employees are our most important resources. With the right education and training, we ensure together that we minimize our environmental impact. The knowledge and experience they acquire leads to continuous improvements.
